During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. okaoka is required by PAGCOR to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification prior to processing any withdrawal. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your name. okaoka processes all transactions in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance immediately upon payment confirmation. okaoka is not responsible for delays attributable to payment service providers or Philippine banking networks.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, or to a verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered in your name.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. okaoka processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Most GCash and Maya withdrawals are completed within 5 to 30 minutes of processing approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
okaoka reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations under Philippine law. Withdrawals of Bonus Balance funds are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

okaoka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon closure for breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the breach is confirmed. Where closure is initiated by the Player without any underlying breach, the Real Money Balance will be refunded after standard verification checks.
All content on the okaoka platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, and trademarks, is the property of okaoka or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of okaoka.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okaoka's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
okaoka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if okaoka has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine consumer protection law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
Players may also raise complaints relating to okaoka's compliance with PAGCOR licensing conditions through PAGCOR's formal consumer affairs complaint mechanism. okaoka will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation process.
okaoka reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via the email address or mobile number registered on their account at least 14 days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or PAGCOR regulation.
Your continued use of the okaoka platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
